Description:

A PaperThin Professional Services Senior Consultant is ultimately responsible for the success of our Customers (the lifeline of our company and our most valuable asset). The Senior Consultant would work closely with our customers in a hands-on role centralized around implementation, training and custom application development for PaperThin's flagship product: CommonSpot Content Server.

Specific Responsibilities
-Install CommonSpot in multiple server configurations (which include multi-server environments on Windows, Solaris and Linux)
-Implement CommonSpot on-site (which includes custom code developed "on the fly" to integrate with internal systems and CommonSpot API calls)
-Train technical individuals on the use of the CommonSpot product
-Assist the internal PaperThin Support Desk with potential issues which arise from the support of Customers
-Work closely with customers to understand custom application and CommonSpot implementation needs
-Plan out and execute projects centered around the implementation of CommonSpot
-Develop training material and deliver public based developers training
-Participate in group discussions with customers about the best practices around implementation of the product
-Assist junior level consultants on project scope, management and implementation
-Work closely with Account Manager to ensure ultimate customer success

Required Skills
-4+ Years experience in ColdFusion Application development
-2 years experience consulting
-Expert level knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
-Expert level knowledge of XML, XSL and Web Services
-Strong general programming knowledge including Object Oriented Programming
-Highly self motivated
-Personal organizational skills
-Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time
-Detail oriented problem solving
-Comfortable working with people at all levels
-Ability to manage multiple levels of relationships (Admin to CIO)
-Thrive in a high paced environment
-Proficient in managing multiple projects at the same time

Beneficial Skills
-Recognition in the ColdFusion community
-Project Management experience
-Additional application development experience (Ajax, Java, .NET, PHP)
-Database skills (especially in Oracle)
-Software consultation experience
-CMS software development/support experience
