ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide support for the team that manages the public opensolaris.org website. Gather metrics and statistical data. Automate data gathering and metrics presentation using spreadsheets or shell scripts or other tools. Update website pages on public and company-internal sites.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: - Good communication skills: written and verbal - Some writing experience - Ability to work independently, track down information, problem-solve - Create and work with complex spreadsheets - Edit web pages using html and wiki technology - User computer experience: email, online tools, browsers, search engines

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE: - Computer programming experience - Experience with a scripting language

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1

MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION: BS/BA in progress

FIELD OF STUDY: Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Demonstrated interest in high tech
