The Technical Architect (Cold Fusion) will lead and mentor a team of programmers and a database staff on projects to create reliable, high-impact solutions that leverage cost-effective Internet technologies for our clients.

Responsibilities
Work with internal technical resources (Database Architect, System Architect, Developers, Project Managers, etc) to establish the technical architecture and problem-solving approaches.

Experience/Skills
Cold Fusion and other Adobe products (Flash, Flex, etc)
Linux, Unix familiarity
General Scripting
Sybase expertise (or MS SQL Server)
Java is a big plus, but there is very little to almost no Java work on this project at the moment...
Strong understanding of OO and RDMBS concepts, Complex application architecture, must also do hands on Cold Fusion coding.
Strong background in retail eCommerce
Experience tuning high traffic websites

Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of systems integration experience and 5+ years prior experience in the following technologies:
N-tier architectures that integrate web applications with databases and legacy systems.

Successful completion of entire project life cycles; management experience a plus.

Client-facing facilitation, communication, and presentation skills strongly required.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field .
